Training Solutions

Incorporate innovation into your company through personalized training. Our course offers project-based learning with groups of up to 10 students per tutor. Through this training, students will learn how to develop soft skills and collaborate in online teams.

Participants must identify a real project, such as an area for improvement in their company, and work together to develop a solution that they can apply in their workplace. Students will learn to use new tools, cooperate as a team remotely, and understand how to develop intrapreneurial projects to bring innovation and improvements to their jobs.

This course is designed to add real value to the company. Every student will be supported by a coach and/or psychologist during the training.

Executive Coaching

When working in online teams, the lack of communication and, the conflicts can escalate more quickly than in face-to-face teams. Additionally, when teams operate in international environments, it’s necessary to manage cultural differences. Often, traditional leadership models are insufficient to respond to those new demands. The new challenges require new leadership skills to maintain team motivation and performance. Coaching is an efficient tool for improving leadership skills.

At INTERFOCUS, we provide coaches to assist you in this process of change. Our coaches have extensive experience working in international environments and possess a deep understanding of Spanish work culture. Our approach can offer you a new perspective to develop new leadership skills that enhance the motivation and productivity of your international team.

The executive coaching program is aimed at team leaders interested in learning new skills to develop motivated and creative work environments.

Group Coaching

The organizations need to stimulate teamwork to face the challenges of the socio-economic context. Effective leadership cannot be achieved if team members only pursue individual interests.

Often, the root of the problem lies in personal conflicts within the team. Group coaching allows addressing these obstacles to promote communication within the team and increase motivation and a sense of belonging.

At INTERFOCUS, we offer a customized program that responds to the needs of your team. Our interventions include the following:

• Identify your team’s needs and set intervention objectives.
• Psychometric assessment and design of the intervention program.
• Group coaching using the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology. A five-hour in-person workshop that addresses the needs affecting team performance.
• Option to design a one or two-day Team Building program in contact with nature. We provide a comprehensive program of activities with accommodation and meals included.
